Shipping & returns

Delivery

• West Malaysia: 2-4 working days, RM 10. Free above RM 300.
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 4-7 working days, RM 20. Free above RM 500.
• Express (Klang Valley): next working day when ordered before 2pm, RM 25.
• Store pickup: free, usually ready within 1 working day.

Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the payment reaches our account. You receive the courier name and tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track order page.

Returns

If an item is not as described or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We arrange the return and send a replacement or a full refund. Please keep the original box and accessories.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened items. Return delivery is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive the item. Store credit refunds are instant.
