Warranty

Every device we sell comes with a warranty. The length is shown on the product page:

• New devices: the manufacturer's warranty.
• Certified refurbished: 3 to 12 months Techrevalo warranty, depending on the model and grade.

What is covered

Hardware faults that appear during normal use: motherboard, screen, keyboard, ports, storage and memory.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, liquid damage, damage from unauthorised repairs, normal battery wear, and software problems.

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to drop the device at our store, and repair or replace it.
